Don't go here . They're taking peoples trucks back for no reason they take all ur stuff and fake maintenance . Such a bad place . How do you lose someone's car keys as well . Lawsuit coming

Pésimo servicio y falsas promesas, Compre mi vehículo en Junio 2023 y aún no me entregan mis placas, tampoco las reparaciones que me prometieron, llamo al servicio al cliente y solo excusas y pretextos, no los recomiendo, mala compra.

No se porque se llaman ganas auto si te venden los carros sin ganas solamente cuando vas a comprar se portan buena onda pero son unos rateros te dan los carros en malas condiciones yo compre un Camry Toyota 2018 y el carro de enfrente tenía un golpe pero ese día nos dieron el carro de noche para que no los diéramos cuanta y a los dos dia que miramos fuimos hablar con Marcelo de ganas auto englewood y no nos quiso ayudar solo dijo que nos iba a llamar y nunca nos llamo son unos rateros y si van al ganas de monte en el servici... read more

So this will be my 2nd time trying to get a friend/family member a car from Ganas. Yes, they can get you a car, they reassure you that they can do WHATEVER, to possible drive off with a used/new car. At least with this salesman he seemed nice and knowledgeable and I THOUGHT he actually was following the rules in place to buy a car. Mind you my dad is older. Ganas in all is the worst . Their customer service their cars all BAD. My car got stolen and they were cooperating with my insurance but now that the 30 days are up they want to say I owe them the total amount of the car when I first purchased! On top of that I'm just now looking at my paperwork's and they lied saying I put a 1600 down deposit when I'm reality I put 2100 down. Worst dealership I've ever been to. Definitely a zero star rating! Very unprofessional employees from the sales reps to the manager. Employees using the vehicles for their own personal use. We witnessed them driving these vehicles and let me just say I'm sure they don't drive their own vehicles like that. Drove close to 2 hrs since over the phone they said the down payment for the vehicle would be 2,500 to then arrive and change the amount not once but three times. If I can I would rate them a 0. I came in to look at a vehicle 1 hour and 30 min away. We worked out a deal and came to an agreement on a down payment and my monthly cost. Started signing papers for the purchase of the vehicle, something always came up even though I was already qualified. I was asked for more and more down payment. Si enverdad tienes (Ganas) de aggarar un carro ve a otro dealer , porque ellos aqui tienen (Ganas ) de metertelo sin saliva.

If i could leave 0 stars, i would. look up online lawsuits against them. These are BAD people selling cars with problems they WILL NOT FIX when you go back. after they sell you the car, they will not be the same smiling faces when they see your car is no longer working. after 3 months, the car had a major problem and they said they didn't have time to fix it now and it would be a long time till they do. they are rude people and again, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!

So my husband recently bought a car, after two weeks it started acting up. Keep in mind he took the car right back on week two for a light that wouldn't go away (tire). But sure enough it got worse, it's now going into a month and his payment is due and he does not have a working car. He is getting the run around so much it's not remotely funny.
