Check in was quick and smooth, waiting room neat and clean, friendly staff.
Was completely disappointed with this office since Dr. Heinen left it has changed. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I got to the office it was completely different and was told they shouldn’t have quoted a price over the phone but they did and that was my problem. I switched vets because this was a little closer and I thought it would be the same as when Dr. Heinen was there but I was wrong.

We love the TLC our rescue cat gets here. There was a change in management/ownership and the staff has been handpicked to deliver amazing care and give solid advice on how to care for our fur baby. Dr. Reitz is a cat Mom and has helped us immensely. Bring your animals here!

I had a very upsetting experience today with Gandy Animal Hospital. I dropped my dog off for blood testing to ensure his medication was therapeutic. I voiced concerns to the vet tech when I dropped him off regarding some new behavior he has been displaying that could indicate that the dose was too high. Also, I was told at his last visit that the dose was on the higher end of normal, which is why we were repeating the labs so soon.
