Wow - I love this company! Had an issue with my garage door, called them yesterday and Austin was here at 8:00 this morning. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in an hour! All parts and necessary tools were already on his truck so he was ready to get to work. Austin is very professional, knowledgeable and respectful, and BOY, what a personality! Highly recommend this company!

Operating a business like Garage Door Grunts requires a good customer relationship before the technician even shows up for the job. I was contacted by text to confirm my appointment time. Then I received a notification with a photo of the technician (Austin Willman) so I knew exactly who would be at my home. Called Garage Door Grunts for a broken garage spring. They came out next day, fixed it within 30 mins! Austin was great to work with. Knowledgeable and super pleasant personality! Everything seems to be in great working order again after replacing cables and springs!
