The owner treated me in an arrogant and disrespectful way when I tried to make use of the so called “lifetime warranty” they advertise. The floor started having issues, and instead of offering a solution, they told me I had to pay $600 just for an inspection. Completely unacceptable. The sale representative was awesome. I call the morning of the install because I wanted to change the color of the epoxy. The installers arrived with two different colors to choose from as promised and made sure I was completely happy with the install and finished product.
The GarageExperts team was phenomenal! They came for two separate consults and we had multiple engagements (virtually) for the design we wanted. We hired GarageExperts to finish our garage floor, install extensive cabinets, rack/railing systems, and a custom work bench. As you can see from the pictures, it is pure art what they produced. Excellent service, attention, work, expectation and result plus guarantee . The entire team around the project did a great job in each position from survey, schedule installers in a precise way. Cost and result ratio is very fair, congratulations you are a great company. I add my before and after so you can see what a great and clean job I’m talk about.
We used these guys in 2021. Their prices were very reasonable, they were professional, their estimated timeline for completion was accurate, and they showed up on time. I have attached the before-and-after photos. They did a great job. We would definitely use them again.
