Another update: Garcia sent an initial warranty inspector from their company roughly 3 weeks ago, who stated the work performed was elementary at best, and they should have never put the roof on. When I called to ask for next steps, Garcia stated they were going to send out a second inspector to have another look at it (obvious, they were not happy with what the first inspector said). Garcia Roofing went above and beyond for me. I was kept informed through the entire process. They even helped with financing. Special thanks to Randy and Chandler. I love my new roof. I highly recommend Garcia Roofing!!
Stay away. Very poor workmanship done by Garcia roofing. After roof was “complete” they had to send out another group of laborers not once but 3x to redo all the flashings and other things because they weren’t done correctly. Left new decking exposed as you can see in picture. Very long nails protruding into attic, but told this is normal. Daylight seen from inside attic. Laborers on roof drunk and leaving beer cans all over yard. Quote for 33k and then when job complete told for 45k. Unprofessional, I do not recommend.
Everyone was so nice and professional and my roof and gutters look great! Would have still been looking if Jose didn’t point me in the right direction and help get me a quote from the New Orleans team. Cody was great with following up with me to get a contract in place and Alberto, the project manager, got the job done quickly and cleaned up and made sure to check back with me after the project to make sure I was happy. Thanks for everything!!
I was impressed with Garcia Roofing beginning with the initial sales encounter to the roof installation. Austan and his crew did a fantastic job. Of course with roof installs you will have some unforeseen replacements and repairs. The crew was quick to fix everything, install the roof, and customize pieces. I would recommend them for your roofing job.
