They say you shouldn't judge a... They say you shouldn't judge a book by its cover... looks nice from the outside, inside is relatively clean.. I went in for my free exam and just got the feeling the doctor I saw (who is also the owner I believe) didn't even like pets.. I guess cause the exam was 'free' and i told him from the beginning my finances were tight, me and my cat weren't given the same attention as any other client....
Do yourself a favor and stay a... Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They lure you in with the promise of a "free office visit" but then you leave paying a ridiculous amount of $$ and you don't even know what for. I brought my cat here because he had some weird rash on his stomach and the doctor barely even touched him! I don't know in what world a physical exam doesn't involve actually feeling the cat?? And...
They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Receptionist on that day was totally arrogant. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The main doctor, Polley, was not friendly, didn't make eye contact the entire appointment....
