Axia has been sending me bills for months when I have paid everything. Mary in billing told us it was straightened out months ago and now I got another bill today. I am absolutely disgusted and won't go back to this practice because of their messed up billing practices. Don't go here if you don't want constant bills with fake charges.

i have been followed by Garden State OBGYN since sept of last year for my first pregnancy. i was actually very excited and confident in this practice given the rave reviews. i would like to say i have had just as great an experience but sadly, this is not the case. most of the physicians i have seen here seem rushed, disinterested and do not listen to patient concerns. being a high risk pregnancy. i expected this practice to do the required testing monthly in following my pregnancy. they have not. my chart is not even ... read more

I would give this office a negative number if I could. Called with an issue that I felt was time sensitive and took 3 days to get in contact with a nurse. I had to call into the appointment line in order to beg to speak with a nurse. Appointments argued with me for 15 minutes whether the nurse called me back and stated that all of the calls are time stamped. I felt as if the lady in appointments was calling me a liar. Note: (The current doctors in the practice may not be the doctors who treated me because of how much time has passed but I'm writing just in case some are still with the practice) This was the very first obgyn I went to. My doctor, Dr. Salerno, was THE BEST. I saw him for 4 years and he was always patient and listened to me. He put me on continuous birth control (when it was still unheard of) in my early teens to treat the cramping that disrupted my life as well as a small prescription for pain medicine . The best place to go for obgyn visits all the doctors n midwife are great when it comes to your care there is always somebody on call i have all my prenatal visits and i was always informed when it came to my pregnancy and when i have my first born....
We voiced our opinion on some changes they should make and they told us not to come back.
