I'm not sure if this is because I spoke with the manager first; however, this was the first time I was in and out for an oil change in the time I was told. The service advisor was friendly and professional. I would also like to know why ninety percenter of the employee's working at this location is Hispanic? The United States of America is diversified and this establishment should reflect this.
I like the convenient location and selection of cars. I got a fairly good lease deal on the car I wanted, but the salesman called in sick the day I went to pick it up, and the person who he he referred me to apparently wasn't there. Joseline, the finance manager was great, and it was she who walked me out to the car. It's a good thing I'm pretty technical, because I received no instruction from the dealership on operating my first EV.
