Gardner did so much more than crunch numbers. He looked at the property, gave excellent advice, recommended a wonderful realtor, and mostly remained dedicated and supportive through a complicated closing transaction. Gardner also did a great job analyzing our finances and talking to us about short and long term goals. So he was able to guide us to the best product and loan to meet our needs. His advice was invaluable. Also, he is phenomenal at returning calls and emails in a timely manner.
