It was a great place to celebrate our anniversary! Wonderful food and service!
The Oaks Food is outstanding, Ribeye was juicy cooked to perfection, can not beat the Crab Cakes, or Crab Bisque. Had Collard Greens love them, huge baked Potato and it was cooked all the way through. Every thin is Delicious, the Servers and Staff are so friendly knowledgeable and very attentive. Decor is so inviting and serene and cozy romantic.
Where do I begin? We received a beyond 5 star greeting from Carlos. He set the bar very high as to what we could expect from our visit. We only waited a minute or two for our table. I wish I could remember her name of the lady who seated us. She was courteous and cordial. Also beyond 5 stars. We were seated only seconds when our server for the evening, Izzy, introduced herself. Love the fact that the Clarksville/Oak Grove area has a nice restaurant with great ambience. But the food was lacking. Just not as good as other places I've visited.
Carlos, Izzy, and Q.T. continue to set the bar high for service. Good food, beyond excellent service. Izzy always greets my husband by bringing him his sweet iced tea. He doesn’t have to ask for it! Now that’s great personal service. My dirty martini (with Tito’s) is always on point! 🍸 We tried some new things last evening (butcher block burger & jerk chicken paste), even a new dessert (carrot cake). Let’s say that nothing beats GO’s cheesecake! See you in a month or two!
The food was outstanding. We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday, she was really looking forward to their prosecco dressing they had the first time we went. Unfortunately, they no longer had that dressing. That was the only downside of the visit. They brought out a special birthday dessert for her as well to help celebrate her day.
The host was outstanding and our waitress was great! The food was good
Our sides were a little bland. The asparagus was small and seemed like something that was purchased at a local grocery store.
