Garth did not return any of my calls or text to answer questions I had without being prompted by either my agent or his staff. I realize mine was not a high value loan, but every customer wants to feel like they matter, especially when they’re paying for a service.

Other than issues with using my full correct name: Mary Carolyn, keep using Mary, even in this survey used Mary! Also misinformation about closing costs I was told I would be getting money back, instead I owed double that amount, not being aware of this I didn't bring check to cover this out of pocket cost, I don't carry checks I only do on line banking to issue payments. More importantly I had not included in my monthly budget for that amount, so had to take out of savings.

I feel the whole process took entirely too long, the communication between him and I was very poor. He was hard to get in touch with and was rarely there when I had questions. I had to get in touch with the sellers realtor to ask her to get in touch with him, and even then she was unable to reach him most times. I do not and will not recommend Garth to any potential buyers or sellers.

My interest rate went up, no return phone calls at the end, paperwork wasn’t escalated on time, wasn’t shown the right numbers ahead of time, and got drilled over some past debt that was taking care of along time ago. My report is still the same as when Bank of America, a much larger institution, qualified me for a home 4 times the amount of this one, but i get poked around on such a small loan and institution. I would prefer the answer would be no and on instead of wasting precious time

I was told that I was locked in at a certain interest rate and was blind sided one day prior to closing that my rate lock had expired and had to not only settle for a substantially higher interest rate, but I also had to pay points in order to get that rate. There was no communication during the process, which is infuriating, as it will end up costing my wife and I thousands of dollars more over the life of the loan. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Primary Residential Mortgage to anyone.
