I was very please he was there to walk me through. He is a very busy person but never to busy to answer my question. He is very talented. He had put in many hours to get the job done.

It was a pleasure working with Gary Schwary from the beginning of the process. He informed me what I needed to do from the beginning in order to move forward with my refinance. He kept in touch with me through the process and it was all done professionally and efficient.
I found Gary to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went to him to refinance a home I owned and ended up talking to him about future plans for home ownership and the needs and available options for financing of them as well. During the whole process of the refinance, I was kept informed of the current status and all questions that I came up with were answered immediately. I loved the fact that I could talk to Gary virtually any time I needed. He was always available.
Gary Schwary stayed in CONSTANT contact throughout the loan process--night and day, weekday or weekend, and even on holidays when timeliness was important. Gary (and his staff) were totally involved and explained each step and nuance as the loan process matured. There were NO surprises, NO last minuted panic requirements, and NO anxiety attacks. Gary ran interference through the morass of current mortgage tripwires. We were his customer and HE took care of us.
