RecommendedOur A/C went out late Friday night. Waking up to an uncomfortably warm house at 0600 was less than stellar. Made a call thinking I’d get the answering service, actually spoke to Gary himself! He was so helpful and let me know that his on duty weekend tech was on a call with another scheduled shortly thereafter, so he wouldn’t get to us till some time after 1pm. First time to use them, we called, our 50 year old AC unit has died, technician Jesse was here with in 15 minutes. Did complete assessment, showed us everything and gave us the information about fixing it, replaceing it, etc. Very knowledgable, very well mannered. We asked about an estimate, he told us he could call and have another person from Gary's come out. He continued to look at all the possible ways they could fix this unit. Michael explained things very well for my mother to understand and he wasn't pushy about buying a new unit. he did highly recommend it but understood my parents weren't ready to do so.

Taylor B. was the technician that came to my house on 5/24/19 to do my safety and performance inspection. He was an extremely pleasant young man, easy to visit with, and treated me with the up most respect. He was very professional, and answered all the questions that my husband and I had. We have two dogs, he took the time to visit with each of them and allowed the "nosey" one to follow him around the whole time he was here. As a fairly new homeowner, I have worried about finding good service and repair companies. The best decision I could have made regarding heating and air, was choosing Gary's Heating & Air.
