Absolutely amazing service. Very kind, quick and efficient. I hid our dog in the bathroom, because he hates everyone (lol), but he managed to break out and he loved our tech. So happy with the service. Thank you so much!!!

I can not say enough good things about Gary's heating and air or else I would be here all day. I just want to say I had a great experience through the whole ordeal; from Brandon taking the time to giving me a good quote then to the installers Shawn and John doing a great job even working through the two days that it took to fix it because I had such an old unit that a few other things had to be fixed. Very pleased with the entire system replacement we received. All 5 guys that were in our home at one point or another were very friendly and professional. Never felt like we were being up sold, and the guys did a great job explaining the issue and walking us through. The installation process took over 12 hours (mostly due to our cramped attic space), but the technicians worked diligently and cleaned up very well. Definitely will refer Gary's!
Heater went out mid February. My system was very old, maybe 30 years. Gary's came out and told me I needed a new system, old one was toast ...surprised my home didn't catch fire. Had it for a month now and I am happy. One room was never warm, just cold air...Entire home is warm. Thank you Gary's!
