They racially profiled me, and they refused service to an adult! Will not be going there ever again and will not be recommending to anyone. It’s the inability to make executive decisions as an employee for me. Mangers and and employed cannot think on their toes at all. Was met with very rude and hostile cashiers as well. We learned that you entered the store with an underage individual that presented a school ID as a form of identification. Our policy is to ID everyone in a group to ensure there are no underage individuals in the group. If there are underage individuals in the group, we are unable to serve any members of the group. Should be zero stars. service was absolutely unsatisfactory to the point of being intolerable. Ordered a bottle of champagne and was told delivery would be between 3 and 6 pm. Was told at one point delivery was next in line. Then it changed to 1 more in front of me. Then it changed to 4 more in front of me. It was finally delivered around 9 pm. Prices keep creeping up and everything is always on a fake sale. Ca Bertoldi is now $31.00 as an example. I swipe my card but what’s it for? There are no discounts or rewards for using it.

Ran in on my lunch hour to pick up something that I saw in Wayne that wasn’t in the Madison store yesterday...spent $179.(on cocktail napkins) Friday in Wayne..yes ..love your selection but the line went faster..I was 3rd in line ..1 register open..& the customer being helped had several separate orders..it wasn’t until there were a few more people in line thatbshe called for help..I almost left without the 6 wine clutches I was purchasing bcuz I would be late back to work..a very kind lady in front of me let me go b4 her wh... read more
