First....I had a recall on my vehicle that I purchased at another Nissan dealership...they never made contact with me, but I received the info in the mail and an email from Gastonia...while I was there I never stood any amount of time that someone didn't greet me....outstanding customer service. Anytime I have stopped by for a car wash...they zip my car right thru. I was in the need of a new car in January this year and was recovering from knee surgery. A friend of mine had just purchased a Nissan Rogue and she loved it. Since I wanted a small SUV, I went online and researched the Rogue and decided that's what I wanted. Had a awesome experience at Gastonia Nissan this weekend! Jean Castel was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. This was by far the easiest car purchase I've ever made! He even got a great deal on a car for my mom (who had no intention of buying a car when we went in) and we both left with new cars!
