No refunds for cancel. They get your "money for nothing and their chicks for free".
Would not recommend. Cost 3x what neighbors paid. They lost my electric mower battery and would not replace with the brand needed. Had to purchase out of pocket $400+. Several calls not returned.
The presentation Bob gives is unbelievable. Because it is. Communication was horrible. Even rude. The people they have are not experienced. I had to reseal my paved driveway after a chemical spill and foot prints on it. Found out after the nightmare that the very same procedure could have been done by other companies for almost half the cost. Ask to keep copy of video presentation.
I didn’t feel it held up to the quality for the price what I was promised some of the white is still showing on the block work and it doesn’t feel any warmer on the cement floor.Was never sent my warranty paperwork, was told it had lifetime and would transfer to new owners. That was the reason I bought it.
When the floor was installed in April 2023, we had 2 areas that turned white. We contacted you and the areas were recoated in June of 2023. When this was done, I asked the installer if the shiny surface would go away. The installer told me in 6 months the shiny would even out. It hasn't and we see the areas every time we come and go through the garage. In retrospect we wish we had left the white areas alone. They were not nearly as visible as the patch is. The floor discolored along a crack and you plugged a drain with your coating
My back yard pavers were not clean at all. I tried to contact them several times I was hung up on multiple times and then they just had a lawyer send me letters saying they were gonna take me to court. They did not complete the work and demanded that I pay them all the money before they would even come back to try to fix it. After dealing with contractors for over 40 years, of my life, I have never heard of this kind of service. The coating is soft and peeling off!! It never cured! I contacted you and you want $250.00 to come out a work on it!! Your coating is junk and so is your company!!
This is day three of GatorGuard of Indianapolis part time effort. Today, we were told the technicians would arrive between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. It’s now 4:45 and we’re still waiting for them to arrive.
