Guys who did the actual work were great. Salesman didn't tell the truth. Very Dusty they couldn't move pool table. Should have told us about strong odor .

The GatorGuard team completed my two car garage that was 20x20 a week ago on March 1st. I was pleased with the texture and material the coating was used, however I have found issues. Very disappointed. With the amount the floor costs I shouldn't have uneven surface texture, divets/holes in the finish, sharp pieces sticking up, and flaking around the edges. "Supervisor" states the floor is up to their standards. I really wish we went with a different company

Let me start by saying if i could give zero stars, i would! I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Gator Guard Floor Coatings to install epoxy flooring in my garage. product not well suited for midwest winters....so beyond slick even with squeegee use, anti skid is non existent....would not recommend

Awful! didnt get right color. Pitted finish where they walked with their spiked shoes. Areas missed. got paint on siding. inconsistent color throughout. Ms. Gray from midwest exteriors gave us an appointment to fix ten days in the future. Now we are stuck not putting our stuff back in the garage. I would love to post pictures.

I read all the reviews and thought they were the best for our job. The salesman was great and convincing. Then came the installation. They did a horrible job. I wish I could include pictures. It looks like we did it ourselves. We called Jake and he came out and took numerous pictures. He agreed that they did a poor job. Jake said he would send the pictures to the president of the company and we would hear from him within three days. We have never heard from him again. That was more than two weeks ago. Very disappointing.

We hired Gator Guard to finish our basement concrete floor, a grind and seal. Everything was going great. They came and did the job as scheduled. But then everything went bad. We paid to have the saw cuts in the concrete filled but the manager said he couldn't, even though the sales person said he could and we paid for it. At the end of the job we paid them the final money.
