Cleaning the floor and installing the new product was great. Your customer service, on the other hand is less than stellar. I scratched the floor while moving appliances. I appreciate that this damage is not under warranty, but your lack of response to repair this is disheartening. I sent pics of the scratches , but never heard back about repairing the floor

The guys csme in and did an outstanding job. The product and procedure of installation makes solid durable flooring. Looks great and we plan to enjoy this for years.

All the workers were polite and respectful. The crew arrived on time and cleaned before they left every day they worked in a very timely manner. They made sure they had answered questions and reinsure us to call them with any concerns or other questions we might have. I feel they did a quality job. I can’t wait for it to dry so we can enjoy our new space.
