Let me start by saying if i could give zero stars, i would! I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Gator Guard Floor Coatings to install epoxy flooring in my garage. Unfortunately, the entire process turned out to be a complete nightmare, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with their services and regretful of my decision to hire them. Mr Phythian, We do stand behind our Lifetime Warranty 100%, for any peeling or delamination caused by product failure. Unfortunately, liquid floor coatings and repair compounds cannot hold together concrete, or prevent cracking to reopen and/or reappear. These limitations are industry wide, not just GatorGuard. product not well suited for midwest winters....so beyond slick even with squeegee use, anti skid is non existent....would not recommend

Awful! didnt get right color. Pitted finish where they walked with their spiked shoes. Areas missed. got paint on siding. inconsistent color throughout. Ms. Gray from midwest exteriors gave us an appointment to fix ten days in the future. Now we are stuck not putting our stuff back in the garage. I would love to post pictures.
I read all the reviews and thought they were the best for our job. The salesman was great and convincing. Then came the installation. They did a horrible job. I wish I could include pictures. It looks like we did it ourselves. We called Jake and he came out and took numerous pictures. He agreed that they did a poor job. Jake said he would send the pictures to the president of the company and we would hear from him within three days. We have never heard from him again. That was more than two weeks ago. Very disappointing.
We hired Gator Guard to finish our basement concrete floor, a grind and seal. Everything was going great. They came and did the job as scheduled. But then everything went bad. We paid to have the saw cuts in the concrete filled but the manager said he couldn't, even though the sales person said he could and we paid for it. At the end of the job we paid them the final money. Left wet looking spots that do not match anything. Looks like something is wet, but only in a few BIG spots that you can see. It looks awful. Very unhappy. Need to come out and be fixed.
