I saw an advertisement for a local coating company and had them out for an estimate. On the day of install I happened to be home and became curious about the process…so I observed. I was pleased from the first contact. When Tom called to set up appointment he was very accommodating The first thing he asked was what I wanted. I told him the floor was done in 1973 by my brothers and me. It was rough and had expansion joints. Tom checked with all supervision. A decision would be made later. ShdnEric

Every was fine once they arrived. I would think that they would call when they know they can't make the arrival time so as not to waste the time of the customer. Every day they we not close to Timely which means that they took three full days out of our busy schedule.

Josh and his assistant were very informative about the product they applied and answered all of our questions. They were on time. They cleaned up every day and left no mess. Having GatorGuard call each day with the next days arrival was very helpful in our schedule. The job looks great.
