Cleaning the floor and installing the new product was great. Your customer service, on the other hand is less than stellar. I scratched the floor while moving appliances. I appreciate that this damage is not under warranty, but your lack of response to repair this is disheartening. I sent pics of the scratches , but never heard back about repairing the floor

The 2 fellows that did the work were polite, knowledgeable, and were always working on the floor. They did an exceptional job and the person who stored our items and returned to put them back did a great job too. All around…would recommend to anyone.
