I’m 60 and was a bit ambivalent about doing this surgery at this point in my life. After losing some weight yet knowing I would likely never get my tummy where I wanted it, I decided to go ahead. I’m less than two weeks postop now and already totally loving my results!! Dr Gayoso is a talented surgeon and a wonderful human being. My entire experience with Gayoso Plastic Surgery was a delight! I love Gayoso plastic surgery. The atmosphere is wonderful, all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Jessica McCarry is amazing. She is patient and strives for perfection. And I have major symmetry issues and she makes them hardly noticeable. Ha! Probably not noticable to anyone but myself because I'm such a hard critic on myself. She doesnt give you false promises. I got Lipo on my abdomen, hips and inner thighs. Today is 1 day post opp and omg I'm in so much pain, even with the pain meds. Getting out of bed is torture. I can only stand for about 1-2 mins to go to the bathroom before I start blacking out. They wrapped me in foam and then in a garment. I'm happy that I've stopped leaking :) My boyfriend, who is taking care of me, said he can see a huge difference even with the swelling and foam/garment. I'm so excited to see what I look like. Slowly but surely the swelling is going down. I’m finally able to get up on my own and shower like a normal person. I feel like I’m going to be 70% this upcoming weekend. I’m so excited about how awesome my results are. I feel so confident!

It’s been great to finally see the results. It’s crazy how small I am even with the extreme swelling. I can’t believe it. Dr. Gayoso and I joked that we were going to war with my fat and he wasn’t taking prisoners. He took none and I’m so happy with how beautiful my body looks. Today I’m trying to stop taking the prescription pain pills. Still haven’t had a bowel movement but it isn’t bothering me. Not sure how I’d use the bathroom without the GoGirl. It’s been a lifesaver. I went on 3 different breast aug consultations prior to my treatment. The first one was Dr. Gayoso, and I'm so glad I decided on him. Both him and his staff were kind, knowledgable and took their time answering every single question I had. I had my breast augmentation yesterday (Friday 5/15) with Dr. Gayoso. I chose around 350 cc responsive silicone implants, under the muscle (dual plane). I ended up with 325 on one side and I think around 350 on the other side, since my breasts were a bit asymmetrical prior to surgery. I don't remember the exact size of the larger one since I was still pretty groggy when I talked to the doctor after surgery. I will get the full details at my first post-op next week.
