I had to have my husband tighten them 3.5 Star : Customer Service They were nice but took awhile to get my car back and a couple of the screws for my door and stirring wheel fell off after a few days cause they didn't tighten it enough. They were nice though and went the extra mile to get things covered by my insurance. Over all they were good

The only reason for the 9 is that they left off a little plastic piece. But they have responded & are going to replace it as soon as they get the one they are ordering for me. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Done a day ahead of schedule - efforts were made to minimize out of pocket cost & the car was cleaned on the inside, in addition to the repairs.
