5 Star : My Experience I was very nervous when I first went there but they made me feel very relaxed and really works with me. I like the fact that they kelp me informed. what was needed to be done. And if I didn't need anything, they didn't try adding anything to it. Also I feel that like G&C is very honest business place to go to. all I can say , I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEN. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Customer service has been great. It's AAA that i'm not satisfied with 0.5 Star : Repair Quality i have no clue because i have not been able to pick up my vehicle 5 Star : Customer Service Satisfied with the work that so far has been performed not sure to what the final outcome is due to the fact my adjuster is not in communication and is simply refusing to waive my deductible for a not at fault collision.

It may sound minor but there is wind noise that wasn't there before. Also, they didn't fix the rim. Saying they couldn't find the key. The key was in the center console. They want me to bring it back. But that is another day off work and getting a rental again
2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality My bed liner was not reattached , my rear trim is missing 3 clips, the main part of my bumper that holds the tow ball looks extremely cheap ( there are crooked cuts and welds, and wire feed weld splatter in the hole), and my rubber strio between the cab and bed is missing, my plate lights are not working, and the 4x4 sticker is an inch off center from the other side.
