0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Job was done horribly, debris under the paint, paint drip, car left a mess, car was given back in worse condition with a bent exhaust tip. Working with my insurance to make sure everything gets corrected. Worst service I have experienced in a very long time and my service advisor didn’t seem too concerned when I brought the issues up. 0.5 Star : Customer Service See first response

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality It is too early to really judge, but it looks good now. 3 Star : Customer Service Communication was poor. Texts were received but did not give much info. Advisor was out for a few days and no one checked his clients. Also, when I picked up the car, the left rear quarter panel was not attached right. It did not align with the adjacent panels. I had to call this to Frank's attention. He took it across the way and they tightened something. Now it fits properly. But I coul... read more

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Minor paint details on the bumper 3.5 Star : Customer Service It took over a week for me to get the quote and it took a couple call b4 I can get an appointment to take the car back in to get it fixed. I also received a text stating there was a few additional hidden damages. I texted back asking for more specific details I got no answer.

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 2.5 Star : Customer Service A very minor damage that required only repainting of a bumper. The shop increased the original estimate of invoice total by $1,000. The work took only few hours. I don’t believe that that cost was justified. A good thing - they delivered a vehicle when promised.
