The only part that was pleasant was the assurance with the rental car. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Paint work was very low-quality finish wise. Final cleanup and quality check before returning vehicle to customer was poor. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Would have been a 10 but their painter sucks.

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality We are not fully satisfied at the work. We noticed there is one corner of the driver side rear door is not fully aligned. And there are also multiple places covered by some black tar like stuff, including driver seat and passenger side rear seat which was pretty difficult to clean completely. We were expecting higher quality work at the beginning. 4 Star : Customer Service Customer server was ok. We got messages updating the status regularly.

When I come to pick up my car, the work on my car was not finished. The body shop to me to take the car anyway and I can bring the car back whenever to finish up the work.
