0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend The owner was very apologetic for the delay and total lack of communication but this is not the way to run a business. 5 Star : Repair Quality The repair job was well done and looked and performed like new. 2 Star : Customer Service Assured job would take a week, it took 3 weeks. No call to explain delay, blaming it on bad parts and service representative who was subsequently fired.
