3 Star : Likely to Recommend They may do great work, but we never got to find out. We can't recommend because we don't know how good their work is. But because the auto body shop never notified us of the increased estimate and submittal to AAA until we asked if the car would be finished on time, we'd have to downgrade their communication in this case.
