The only somewhat minor complaint I have is that I scheduled my car drop off coinciding with a travel plan, hoping to get it back in one week (the original estimate I heard when I had them look at my car) and did not get a rental. However, it took them an extra week to complete the repairs after i got back to town which made it a bit hard for me without a car.
