3 Star : Likely to Recommend Honestly the Hayward guys were great. SSF had issues in terms of updating, ordering the correct parts, and finishing the job. I'd hope this is an outlier but I'd likely recommend against the SSF location but in favor of Hayward. Though I will say, having my car brought to the Hayward location and then hearing they're undergoing renovations and that my car had to be brought to the SSF location was annoying.
