I was told there were 25 customers ahead of me for Tesla repairs- I am disappointed that your company would keep 25 customers on hold at any one time. A REAL person answers their phone! And whoever I talked to never seemed in a hurry when answering my questions or providing information about the repair. In addition to customer service, they also do great work.
