Consequently he ignored me, made it impossible for me to get a rental car (by not providing info to Enterprise like a reservation number), and I ended up going without a rental car for four days. My only issue was communication early on when the insurance company forgot some paperwork that I did n't know they needed buy you guys did... so we couldn't get started for awhile.
