4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Work is beautiful but there was a persistent groaning sound. Our car is still undergoing repair. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Would be a 10 but we have not yet received a functioning car. And rental car was delayed by a day. Still awaiting repair completion. But service communication has been excellent. And Nicole went out of her way to retrieve my FastTrak from the car on a Saturday - I really appreciated that.

From a shop experience; maybe not. 4 Star : Repair Quality If I separated my experience into two categories; then I'd give the Office a 'TEN' & the work an '8' . The office staff were great, my vehicle was processed in without any delay, my insurance company was notified, a rental was reserved for me, I was kept abreast on the repairs and notified promptly when the repairs were complete. They said I’d receive a text/call update on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It was also thought 2 take 2 weeks for repairs (it ended up 2 months, at least some I realize was out of the shops control).
