Our car is still undergoing repair. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Would be a 10 but we have not yet received a functioning car. And rental car was delayed by a day. Still awaiting repair completion. But service communication has been excellent. And Nicole went out of her way to retrieve my FastTrak from the car on a Saturday - I really appreciated that.
