The installation of the replacement headlight was a 5. The headlight was installed, but the beam was never adjusted. It’s directed about 10 feet in front on my car…not good

5 Star : My Experience Everything was done smoothly. I didn’t have any trouble with anything. My car looks brand new☺️
1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality 2.5 Star : Customer Service I was told that the repairs should take 4-5 business days. It took two weeks. Communications were horrible. Every time I asked for status I was given the same answer. When the car was ready I got a text that I would get a phone call. I didn’t receive a phone call and car sat overnight because I didn’t know. I paid for storage and additional rental car days.
2 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 2 Star : Customer Service I was told the car could be finished within a week. When it wasn't, and I told them I would be out of town and back in 2 weeks, I was told it be "definitely" be done by then. It wasn't done for another 2+ weeks.
