And there were scratches on the hitch cover. It was all freshly painted and there’s no reason why there should be scratches. They insured me that is would be all fixed the next time it wasn’t. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality 2.5 Star : Customer Service I was told that the repairs should take 4-5 business days. It took two weeks. Communications were horrible. Every time I asked for status I was given the same answer. When the car was ready I got a text that I would get a phone call. I didn’t receive a phone call and car sat overnight because I didn’t know. I paid for storage and additional rental car days.
2 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 2 Star : Customer Service I was told the car could be finished within a week. When it wasn't, and I told them I would be out of town and back in 2 weeks, I was told it be "definitely" be done by then. It wasn't done for another 2+ weeks.

For some reason they refused to fix everything. My accident happened on the left side of my vehicle. Both of my left wheels are damaged and they refused to fix them.
