I love all the items I have purchased from GSN. Whenever someone complements a piece I tell them about GSN and their quality products. Sales staff is great. I use the online chat. Saves time spent waiting to see an item.

I recall shopping with GSN a very long time ago and so recently began to view again to see how they have grown and evolved. I am very pleased so far with the variety and quality of the products offered. I have made several purchases and for those already received, the items are exactly as described and viewed. I have ordered several pieces of jewelry over the last 9 months and have been very happy with each purchase. Everything has exceeded my expectations. I have taken most pieces to my local jeweler and he could not even make some of the pieces for what I paid. I am a happy customer. My only issue has been with Customer Service when I had to return a ring that was just too large for my finger. I loved the ring but knew I would not wear it very often. I have been shopping at Gem Shopping Network for over 20 years. I am very happy with my purchases and when I needed to return an item that was never a problem either. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who wants to have unique and one of a kind items.

I have been a been with GSN for a long time now and have purchased numerous items and have been happy with all of them. I just love to watch and if something catches my eye and the right price I will buy. I have even been on some of the bids and its a lot of fun..Great shopping experience.

I have purchased several items from Gem Shopping Network recently. I found the sales staff to be extremely helpful during the purchase process. They ship products via FedEx and require a signature upon delivery even for an item costing $59. This is comforting to know that the package will not sit on a porch and be open to theft. I changed my mind about a product and called within the 7 day return window to receive a return authorization. I am fairly new with the GSN and I have ordered 3 rings, all diamonds and have been very pleased. The quality of the diamonds are exactly what they say they are...mostly exceptional! I will continue to be a GSN customer due to their exceptional values on quality merchandise.
