Ron Castro was amazing. He was so great to look into every detail of each house we were interested in so we could be as informed as possible. He listened to what we had to say and was an excellent guide in all that goes into buying a house. Every question we had he did his best to find an answer even after the house was closed on and we were moved in. Wonderful! Highly recommend!
Selling someone's house after their passing is difficult under the best of circumstances but is even worse when you live 1000 miles away, but having someone like Pam made it a million times easier. Pam made everything so convenient for us and took care of everything for us because she knew it would be hard for us to travel back and forth. We couldn't have asked for a better agent than Shellien! It was clear to our family that she was very knowledgeable about the current market and how to help us sell our mother's home quickly. We were all from out of town, so she stepped up and did all of the groundwork for us, continually keeping us posted on how everything was progressing. We have used Nick Moretti with Gen State reality to buy and sell a few house. On two occasions we put our house on the market and the first time we had one showing and sold in 24 hours. The second time we sold and bought our houses on the same day and closed on both house's in the morning and were moving in by 3.00 pm. Nick is very knowledgeable, and helped us get the best prices for our homes.
