Had an amazing experience at this pawn shop thanks to Maria! She gave me a fantastic deal on a guitar, and I couldn't be happier with the price. She also took the time to check out some jewelry I brought in and was incredibly helpful and professional. Her great attitude and customer service made the whole experience enjoyable. Great customer service! Luis helped me out as soon as the doors opened and not only was fair with my gold price but was definitely understandable and great to work with. Walked out with money in my pocket and gold for them to sell! Definitely would recommend 👌
Amazing experience. The manager Cesar V was a class act. Great communication and just a really good dude. The other staff were all very kind and attentive. The shop is clean and they had some great stuff. I scored on a beautiful Byzantine gold chain and Cesar made sure it was pristine before he put it on my neck. Very stoked on the way they conduct business. Highly recommend.
I went to visit to see about a loan. Hadn't been here before. I was met by very nice employees, the shop is nice, neat looking and clean. Dora is the very nice, polite , pleasant customer service representative that worked with me. Dora is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I enjoyed very much our time together,for those reasons and also I never was made to feel like I'm taking up her time. I appreciate that. This is a great place with very friendly people. I've been here three times and every time they've treated me spectacularly. Today, Maria spent about 20 minutes with me sorting through some treasures to find the gems. Maria is very sweet and knowledgeable. She's la mejor ! recommend Gems and Loans O'side to everyone.
