Lucy is great if i didn’t know better I would swear she is related to me. They made me feel so welcoming like real family. They don’t pressure you into anything nor do they low ball. I recommend them before anyone else.
Oh boy!! Let me tell you… these girls here are amazing! Meztle helped me go through some sterling silver pieces that I was selling that were remnants from my jewelry brand… and that took so much time and patience to go through. She did it with a smile and upbeat personality and assured me that it was no problem as I apologized for taking up so much of her time. All of the girls there were so kind and friendly. I’ll definitely be going back to them in the future!
Gems n Loan is the best little shop in Old Town Temecula. I’ve had nothing but good and honest customer service. My personal broker is Lucy and she is number one when it comes to finding me the most exquisite and rare jewelry items that I ask for.. She knows what I like, my ring size, my favorite gemstone, and she’s always calls me when something new comes in that she knows I’m just gonna love. So if you love a good deal, a welcoming atmosphere, ask for Lucy, the best jewelry broker in town.
