David Tartaglia started a root canal on the WRONG TOOTH! The actual tooth I had trouble with was completely overlooked & ignored because it would've been a simple fix. Instead he started a root canal on a tooth that wasn't even a problem to me. I applied for & was approved for financing that only covered the beginning of this unnecessary procedure & that I've had NOTHING BUT SEVERE PAIN & ADDITIONAL ISSUES CAUSED BY HIS INCOMPETENCE.
