DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought a used car from here and it’s been nothing but problems 3 weeks after buying it.. They will tell you they inspect vehicles before purchases but they really don’t. This is the worse purchase I have ever made

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I went there to trade in my GV70 (which was not purchased here) for a GV80 or a GV80 Coupe. As we were negotiating and only $2000 apart from a deal the salesperson had the general manager come into the room. MATT SIUDY is a very poor representation of Genesis for this company. I cannot believe this! Genesis will not support its own cars. I have a 2018 Genesis G80. It is fully loaded with an upgraded V8 engine and Genesis refuses to service it. They insist I have to take it to an Hyundai dealership!!. This particular dealership even went so far as to tell me that my car was not considered a Genesis! Can you imagine Lexus doing something like this? I am getting rid of it and going to Lexus!!
If I could rate this dealership a ZERO star I would!! I test drove a used car and while on the drive a low pressure light came on for the tire. I shrugged it off thinking the car had been sitting on the lot for about 30 days-BIG MISTAKE!! I bought the car and within 12 hours I had a flat tire. The irony is the recording that I listened to for 28 minutes before Service answered the line, this recording uses language such as “superior customer service”, “exceed expectations”, etc. when they provide far from it.
