Today I called you, Genisys Credit Union, to ask a few questions. Ms. J. Jackson took my call. Ms. Jackson was not only very, very bright, but had a wonderful personality. Sadly, in today's society, you don't ever get this attention or service anymore. What a please to receive this. Ms. J. Jackson should get a 10.....she was super. Thanks for letting me leave a review. I recently financed my vehicle through Genisys and had the pleasure of working with Jamie and Tabatha to get all of my documentation together. They were so helpful and understanding and took care of everything with such professionalism and patience. The entire process was quick and painless. I have been a member of Genisys (Truck and Coach, T & C....) for over 45 years and have never had a bad experience.

I worked with JJ at Genisys following a referral from my mom and it was a phenomenal experience. Timely communication, great follow up and very knowledgeable. I worked with Ann and Tabitha and they were both fantastic! They were always quick to answer any questions I had be it by phone or email. Hands down one of the best credit unions and staff I've had the chance to work with! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Adam

Jonara Jackson with the lending department was a huge help with refinancing an auto loan. She walked me through the process and helped with any questions I had. Cut my interest rate in half compared to what I received from the dealership.

We are now located in Texas, and have not found a credit union that compares to the service and products at Genisys. With the online functionality, we are thrilled to keep our banking with an institution that we trust. My Personal Loan with Jonara was easy and flawless!
