From the first contact with Lindsay to make an appointment, to my contact with the owner, Ed, to discuss the installation process, to the actual installation led by Andrew, Ed's son, the entire process was EASY and extremely professional. The communication was great and the installation was great. The crew was outstanding. Based on reviews, and my gut, I actually used them without getting another estimate. It was one of my best decisions that I have made in my 45 years of home ownership.
A experience from top to bottom. From the start I worked with owner Ed, to Lindsey with scheduling and app integration to Anthony and the other technicians on the job no one missed a beat. Absolute professionals. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Everything works just like they said it would. From the initial interview with Ed, to the installation, everyone was great. Andrew and team installed the generator in pouring rain, it was done to code and looks awesome. The girls in the office were very patient with me and all my questions. They were always pleasant and friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you GenReady. I would not go with any else, they are awesome and very professional.
GenReady, Inc. is a reliable, reputable, honest, caring, knowledgeable group of individuals that go the next step to supply the generator we deserve. True Professionals from conception to completion! This generator install was an A1 experience! Ed, the owner came to explain and execute the contract. Andrew, his son did the actual physical installation. It was a totally seamless operation which was only enhanced by the great staff at Gen Ready! Thinking about a generator? You could not ask for a better company to use. Professional in all ways. Office, installers, ownership and product made sure you were on board every step of the way. Handled every aspect of job from start to finish.
I will make this easy... there have been several power outages in our neighborhood since January. But, just a few seconds in, WE here had a fully-powered house! Hooray for GenReady! Only 4 stars because the yearly maintenance fee is a tad high.
