Best veterinary experience I've ever had. Dr. B is thorough and caring and funny. My older dog is very cautious about strangers and warmed right up to him. Very highly recommended, professional, thorough and affordable.

There is no better place in the Memphis area. When my dog Bullet died they cried right along with me. They really care about you and your animal. Dr. Blackburn is a saint, and everyone else there are angels.
Dr. Blackburn is a great doctor. Reasonably priced and shows true concern about your fur-baby and how their human parents feel about them. I wouldn't take my furies anywhere else.
I have been taking my fur babies to Dr B since before Gentle Care was opened and followed him there. Him and rest of the staff are amazing! They are honest and treat your babies like they were their own. Couldn't ask for a better place to take my fur children
The kindest people work here. Everyone is truly gentle that works here and so understanding especially during difficult times. Dr. Blackburn is an amazing human being. He sat with us as our baby girl, Rainnee, passed tonight. He was kind and caring and so gentle with her. I am truly thankful for all y'all do.
