I had a horrible experience at Gentle Care Animal Hospital. I called in with an emergency as my whippet had swallowed a whole box of heartworm medicine. I was repeatedly put on hold, talked down to, and ignored as an emergency. Furthermore, I wrote reviews on that day and they were presumably deleted because they were ashamed of the way that they conducted themselves. They do not care..they are nothing what they used to before Dr.Blackburn retired!
Dr Blackburn left an this vet went up on fees , an a lot more that I rather not say. but they sucks
My brother's gf took the stray dog he found a while back to them because they accept $55 neuter/spay vouchers through the Humane Society and while they accepted the voucher they completely took advantage of his gf and charged her over $100 for 3 pain meds!! I've had PLENTY of animals fixed over the years and NEVER have paid that much for pain meds. She also brought her sick cat to them for help when she went to pick up the dog and they not only could not find out what was wrong with the cat but told her they didn't think it... read more
You will not find a better vet or more professional staff anywhere in the country. Not only that Dr. Blackburn will not take you to the cleaners. We can't find a vet that even comes close where we live now. Wish you guys could have moved with us.
