Was seen one time for a broken filling 6 months ago. The whole visit lasted 6 minutes because all the dentist had time to do was file the sharp edge down. 6 months later they send me a bill for an exam that I did not have. I contacted my insurance company and was told not to pay the bill as they shouldn't have charged for an exam. Contacted the billing person who said oh well don't pay it and I'll tell the office manager to send you to collections then hung up on me. The dentist is nice, the ortho is nice. But their scheduling people leave much to be desired. Not logging appts properly, one dept not knowing what the other is doing. But don't worry, they'll ask you for your $$ . Very disappointed with their shabby customer service
