AWFUL! This is an office that I would recommend stay far away from. The front office/management is AWFUL! They don't know how to treat people with a common courtesy at all. If you want to be spoken to like you are an idiot with a demeaning tone then go here, if not go any where else and avoid being treated like you are not their problem.

too long of wait my appointment should have been approx 20 min long, I was there 1.5 hrs. Way too long of a wait.

Uneducated Went to get a teeth cleaning and ask about pain in my TMJ. I was told I had 2 cavities and that I needed to see an oral surgeon to see if the cartilage was out of place in my joint so I made the appointment at the Bonney Lake location to see Dr. I don't even know since he never introduced himself. I've been to this Gentle Dental before, in fact, it was a good office until recently; with nice, friendly staff. My original dentist was Dr. Grunland who took over their Pyuallup office; I stayed at the Bonney Lake office due to location. In the last two months they rescheduled my husband's routine cleaning three times. This last visit was horrible! It should have been a quick, easy procedure...
