When you have to go to a dentist , you go to the BEST! That's just what you get when you go to Gentle Dental. This dental office is absolutely fantastic. As soon as you walk in and are greeted at the front desk you know you are going to have the best experience. My wife and I had an amazing experience at our visit today. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and well versed with all my insurance questions. The office flows in a punctual manner, there was virtually no wait time for our appointments. The hygienist Jill provided a thorough and gentle cleaning; my wife has dental anxiety and Jill was able to keep her calm and comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Strober is great at explaining the treatment we both need and is very caring. Overall, I would recommend this practice.
Dr Strober and his team took me in the same day as calling (new patient) I needed two wisdom teeth removed. Within 2 hours of being there they were gone. The staff is very sweet and understanding as well as Dr. Strober. So happy I found a new dentist office!
Gentle Dental is the best! Everyone was wonderful! I was in pain and they took my right away! I will never go anywhere else. I can't thank them enough!! Highly recommend!!
Both my hygienist Jill and Dr. Heiss were very thorough and spent a good amount of time explaining some issues they found. Betsy also took time to explain insurance coverage with me. I’m appreciative of their thoroughness..
